Collection: Backroads Reclaimation

Backroads Reclamation is a company built from the love of all things old and all things wood. Jay Sanderson started to dismantle his first building after being approached by a family member who wished to remove a grain building from their yard near Ponoka, Alberta in August of 2020. 

16 months later Backroads Reclamation has a commercial grade reclamation and carpentry shop complete with an operational lumber kiln and 14" + resaw capacity. Backroads Reclamation is dedicated to using every fibre of wood possible from the buildings they recover in order to keep it from being burnt or taken to a landfill unnecessarily.
